Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Manage a caseload from intake to resolution.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Minimum 1 year of litigation or employment law experience
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
- Passion for protecting employee rights
